This time it’s a 7 day no sugar challenge which we have created in order for you to finally cope with those terrible sugar cravings. The challenge is meant to guide you and work as a tool for you to consume more nutritious whole foods rather than processed food with tons of sugar. I can personally say that limiting my sugar intake make me sleep better, makes my skin glow and gives me more energy over all.
The meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes for a full week as well as tips & tricks from our registered dietitian. I have also included some helpful guidance for healthy snacks, a full grocery list and best of all – the downloadable pdf comes in both American measurements as well as European/metric system measurements!
